Important Reminders:
- If you forgot your reference number, kindly log in to your iApply Account and click your application. Your reference number can be found at the upper-right corner of the page.
- If your reference number does not appear in the provided link, this means that you are currently included in the waiting list.
- Applicants are strongly advised to prepare at least two (2) photocopies of all required documents for personal safekeeping and future use. Please be informed that once the original documents are submitted to PUP Bataan Campus, these shall become the property of the University and will no longer be returned to the student.

FOR ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
(PREPARE 2 COPIES OF EACH DOCUMENT - Original and 1 photocopy)
1. One (1) pc long brown expanding envelope.
2. Original Senior High School Card (F138 / Grade 12 card).
3. Original or certified true copy of grade 10 & 11 high school card.
4. Notarized certification of non-enrollment for high school/senior high school graduates who have not enrolled in any technical/diploma/degree program immediately after graduation.
5. PSA Birth certificate (Original copy).
6. Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the SHS Principal/ or Guidance Counselor with school dry seal.
7. Duly signed Certification Under Oath, Form 2 (Certification/Undertaking)
8. Health Information Form
9. Result of Chest X-ray with film – (original and 1 photocopy)
10. Two (2) pcs of 2x2 inches colored picture with white background and with the applicant's name on the photo

Samahang 𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝟭𝘀𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗽 at 𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻—kumakatawan sa 𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘆, 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻, 𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝘀𝗸𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 sa loob ng 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻. Taglay ang adhikaing itaguyod ang 𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗼, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗼, 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗴𝗼 para sa bawat PUPian.

Mula sa iba’t ibang year level ng Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management sa Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Bataan Campus, mga mag-aaral na pinagkaisa ng pag-asang makabuo ng isang 𝗸𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗮 𝗸𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻 para sa bawat estudyante ng BSBA-HRM. Taglay ang 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗻, 𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘄𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱, nagbuklod upang maging tinig ng komunidad at katuwang sa paghubog ng mas makatao, mahusay, at makabuluhang pamamahala para sa mga future HR professionals.

𝗠𝗴𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗴 taglay ang malasakit at pinagkaisa ng iisang mithiin.

𝗠𝗴𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 taglay ang pananagutan at pinagkaisa ng serbisyo.

At 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗴 taglay ang tapang at paninindigan para sa kapakanan ng buong komunidad ng BSBA-HRM.

Mga lider na nagkaisa para sa isang 𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗼, 𝗸𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗸𝘁𝗶𝗯𝗼, 𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮—isang konsehong taglay ang kakayahang 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗴, 𝗸𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀, 𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗯𝗮𝗸𝗮 kasama ang mga estudyante. Naniniwalang ang tunay na liderato ay hindi lamang nakikita sa mga salita, kundi sa 𝗸𝗼𝗻𝗸𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗸𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 at tapat na paglilingkod para sa kapakanan ng nakararami at pagsusulong ng tunay na pagbabago sa loob ng Sintang Paaralan.

Panahon na upang 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗴 ng mga estudyante ng BSBA-HRM tungo sa isang konsehong taglay ang malasakit, prinsipyo, at malinaw na layunin. Sama-sama nating buuin ang isang pamayanang ang bawat future HR professional ay may boses, kinakatawan, at pagkakataong makilahok sa paghubog ng mas 𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗼, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗼, 𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 para sa ating Sintang Paaralan.

Marking the start of the election season and their first bold step toward service and leadership, the 𝐊𝐀1𝐒𝐀 𝐊𝐀 from 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐌𝐂𝐂) filed its 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐜𝐲 (𝐂𝐎𝐂) at the Office of Student Affairs and Services for the Campus Student Council Elections for Academic Year 2026–2027.

This step signified their readiness to embrace the challenge of leadership and service, embodying the values of responsibility, initiative, and commitment to the school and outside community.

Ngayong 2026, dadalhin ng Kaya Natin! Movement, kasama ang FNF Philippines, mga alumni ng Young Leaders for Good Governance (YLGG) ng Jesse M. Robredo Foundation, at opisina ni Hon.
