PDM joins in celebrating World Mental Health Month. Remember that mental health is a priority, your inner peace is essential and your self-care is a necessity.

Today, we pause to recognize the importance of mental health and well-being. Remember, taking care of your mind is just as important as caring for your body. Reach out, speak up, and support one another—because together, we can break the stigma and build a healthier, stronger community.

As part of our commitment, CHEDRO-III encourages students, faculty, and staff to prioritize mental wellness and access available support whenever needed.

After a disaster, it is normal to feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed. Here are some simple ways to cope and take care of your mental health during difficult times.

Do not hesitate to reach out for support if you need it. Remember that seeking help is a sign of strength. Together, we can overcome challenges.
