Today, at St. Michael School of Marilao, Inc., students and teachers gathered at the School Quadrangle for the Term 1 Culminating Ceremony, a meaningful occasion that celebrates the dedication, growth, and accomplishments of our dear Michaelinians throughout the first term.

As Aristotle once said, “The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet.”

Behind every recognition received today are days of learning, moments of challenge, lessons from mistakes, and the determination to keep moving forward. Each achievement reminds us that education is not simply measured by grades or awards, but also by the knowledge we gain, the character we build, and the person we become along the way. 🌱

To our dear Michaelinians, congratulations on reaching another important milestone in your academic journey. May every achievement inspire you to continue learning with curiosity, facing challenges with courage, and pursuing your dreams with determination and humility.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated teachers, whose patience, guidance, and commitment continue to inspire our learners to become the best versions of themselves. To our parents and families, thank you for your unwavering love, encouragement, and support throughout every step of this journey.

As we celebrate the accomplishments of Term 1, may we remember that every ending opens the door to another opportunity to improve, and grow. Let us carry forward not only the lessons written in our books, but also the values, and experiences that make our journey as Michaelinians truly meaningful.

Su***de Prevention Month is a month to honor the lives that have been lost due to immense psychological and physiological pain, and as well as to recognize the ones who are currently struggling and fighting alone.

To every Michaelinian,

Know that this Su***de Prevention Day is to give love and acknowledgement for the individuals that are left with no choice but to suffer in silence, doubt, and pressure because of certain circumstances.

For today: MAKE SURE TO CHECK UP ON YOUR LOVED ONES.

Let them feel that they are seen, heard and valued by you. Simply showing compassion, empathy, and genuine communication with a loved one may seem easy and small, yet it can become a lifeline for someone carrying burdens too heavy to express.

Being the ones to break the root causes surrounding mental and emotional struggles by fostering safe spaces where seeking help is met with understanding, dignity, and unwavering support rather than fear or judgment is SUICIDE-PREVENTION.

May we always remember that the people around us may be fighting battles we cannot see. So let us be careful and choose the right words reflecting kindness, our actions embody compassion, and our presence offer hope.

Isang magandang pagbati sa inyong lahat, mga Michaelinian! 🇵🇭✨

Noong ika-7 ng Setyembre, matagumpay nating ipinagdiwang ang Buwan ng Wika at isinagawa ang Induction Program sa SMSM Quadrangle—isang makabuluhang pagtitipon na nagbuklod sa buong komunidad ng St. Michael School of Marilao sa pagdiriwang ng ating wika, kultura, talento, at paglilingkod. 💛💙

Sa pagdiriwang na ito, nasaksihan natin ang makukulay at kahanga-hangang pagtatanghal ng iba’t ibang organisasyon, gayundin ang pagkilala sa mga mag-aaral na nagpakita ng husay, sipag, at dedikasyon. Kasabay nito, buong puso rin nating tinanggap at nasaksihan ang panunumpa ng ating mga bagong halal na opisyales—mga kabataang handang tumindig, manguna, at maglingkod para sa kapwa.

Ang wikang Filipino ay higit pa sa isang paraan ng pakikipag-ugnayan. Ito ay bahagi ng ating pagkakakilanlan, kultura, at kasaysayan. Higit sa lahat, ito ay isang makapangyarihang tulay na nagbubuklod sa atin bilang mga Michaelinian at Pilipino na may iisang hangarin: ang maglingkod, magtulungan, at magsulong ng kabutihan para sa lahat. 🇵🇭💙

Sa mga bagong halal at nahirang na opisyales, nawa’y magsilbing gabay ninyo ang diwa ng Buwan ng Wika sa inyong panunungkulan. Nawa’y ang bawat salita ay may katapatan, bawat desisyon ay may pananagutan, at bawat kilos ay may malasakit. Higit sa pagiging pinuno, nawa’y maging halimbawa kayo ng isang tunay na lingkod—may puso sa kapwa, tapang sa pagsubok, at paninindigan sa kung ano ang tama at nararapat. 💛💙

Ang pamumuno ay hindi nasusukat sa posisyon o titulo, kundi sa serbisyong kusang-loob na ibinibigay, tiwalang pinangangalagaan, at kabutihang naiiwan sa iba. Nawa’y gamitin ninyo ang pagkakataong ito upang maging boses ng inyong kapwa mag-aaral, katuwang ng ating paaralan, at inspirasyon sa iba pang kabataang nangangarap ding maglingkod. ✨

Today, we celebrate with grateful hearts the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary—the birth of the woman who, through her unwavering faith, humility, and love, became a beautiful example of what it means to surrender one’s life completely to God.

Mama Mary, in moments of joy and in times when our hearts grow weary, may we always be reminded of your gentle presence and loving intercession. Your life teaches us that true faith is not simply found in words, but in the courage to trust God, the humility to follow His will, and the love to serve others wholeheartedly. 🙏🏻✨

From our endless “Ma’am/Sir, may tanong po…” to the countless “why,” “what,” “where,” and “how” that fill our curious minds, our teachers have always been there to answer, guide, and remind us that learning begins with curiosity. 📚✨

Happy Teacher’s Month to all our loving, dedicated, and inspiring educators! 💚💛

To our dearest mentors who patiently guide us through every question, challenge us to think beyond what we already know, and encourage us to keep learning even when things get difficult—thank you.

Being an educator is more than simply teaching lessons. It means understanding that every learner is different, adapting to their needs, and creating a space where everyone has the chance to learn, grow, and become better. You are not only our teachers, but also our mentors, second parents, supporters, and guiding lights throughout our journey.
