4-Step Process to Become a Pioneers Tutor:

1. Send an application letter with your resume to [email protected] (please address it to Joel dela Paz, Chief Human Resources Officer, Pioneers Private Tutorials)

2. Get scheduled for a phone and personal interview by a Pioneers staff.

3. Sign contract. Get briefed with Pioneers programs, values, and systems.

4. Undergo a 3-day probation period during an active tutoring.

Plus points are:
1. Have good command of the Filipino language (able to teach grammar and speech)
