On July 24, 2026, student leaders from different Catholic schools gathered at Cainta Catholic College for a meaningful leadership seminar with the theme:

๐ŸŒฑ Sowing the Seeds of Servant Leadership
โ€œPaglalakbay, Pag-aalay, Pag-aakay: Leadership Beyond Selfโ€

We are grateful for the opportunity to grow, reflect, and be inspired through this enriching leadership formation. The seminar reminded us that true leadership is not measured by authority, but by the willingness to serve, uplift, and guide others with humility, compassion, and purpose.

May the seeds of servant leadership planted in our hearts continue to grow and inspire us to lead with faith, integrity, and selfless service for the greater good.

The MaPSA-Antipolo Educational System successfully concluded its Three-Day Retreat for School Chaplains, Seminary Formators, and School Directors held from July 13โ€“15, 2026, bringing together the Dioceseโ€™s educational and formation leaders for prayer, reflection, fraternity, and pastoral planning under the theme โ€œDrawing New Maps of Hope: Chaplains, Formators, and School Directors as Shepherds of the New Generation,โ€ with the sub-theme โ€œConstellations of Hope: One Diocese, One Mission, One Care for the Young.โ€

The retreat featured inspiring conferences from distinguished Church leaders and educators. Msgr. Gerry Santos opened the retreat with a reflection on Drawing New Maps of Hope: Catholic Schools, Seminaries, and Chaplaincies in a Changing World. Rev. Fr. Raymond Arre, Superintendent of the Diocese of Cubao Educational System, Head of the CEAP Superintendentsโ€™ Conference, and Executive Secretary of the CBCP Commission on Catholic Education, led the participants in reflecting on The Spirituality of the Shepherd: Presence, Listening, and Accompaniment for the New Generation.

Rev. Fr. Wilmer Rosario, Judicial Vicar of the Diocese of Antipolo, deepened the participantsโ€™ understanding of safeguarding through his conference on Safeguarding as a Culture of Care: Protecting the Young, the Vulnerable, and the Digital Generation.

The retreat also featured a workshop on implementing the Diocesan Safeguarding Manual, followed by a conference of Rev. Fr. Glenn William Z. Relucio, PhD, Schools Superintendent of MaPSA-Antipolo, entitled Constellations of Hope: Clarifying Roles, Assessing the Previous Year, and Planning What to Do Next, where participants assessed their ministries and identified pastoral priorities for the coming school year.

The Most Reverend Ruperto C. Santos, D.D., Bishop of Antipolo, concluded the second day with his pastoral mandate, โ€œOne Diocese, One Mission: The Bishopโ€™s Pastoral Mandate for Schools, Chaplains, and Seminary Formation,โ€ reaffirming the Dioceseโ€™s shared commitment to Catholic education and priestly formation.

On the final day, Rev. Fr. Alain Manalo, Superintendent of the Diocese of Imus Educational System, inspired the participants through his closing conference, Sent to Draw New Maps of Hope: Forming the New Generation for Faith, Mission, and Service, sending everyone forth renewed in their vocation as shepherds of hope.

The MaPSA-Antipolo Educational System expresses its profound gratitude to Bishop Ruperto C. Santos for his fatherly guidance, unwavering support, and pastoral leadership.

Heartfelt thanks are likewise extended to all the school chaplains, seminary formators, and school directors whose active participation, openness, and fraternal spirit enriched the retreat experience. Their shared commitment to Catholic education and formation reflects the Dioceseโ€™s vision of one Diocese, one mission, and one care for the young.

As participants return to their respective schools, seminaries, and parishes, they bring with them renewed zeal to strengthen Catholic identity, deepen pastoral accompaniment, foster a culture of safeguarding, promote vocations, and respond creatively to the challenges of the new generation. Guided by a shared vision and united in communion, MaPSA-Antipolo continues to draw new maps of hope, ensuring that every Catholic school remains a place where faith is lived, hope is nurtured, and Christ is encountered.

Today's Wednesday Mass reminded us that God's Word is not only meant to be heard but to be lived. Through the homily, we were encouraged to deepen our faith, strengthen our relationship with Christ, and become instruments of His love through our words and actions.

We also witnessed the solemn Oath Taking of our Parents Family Council Officers, who faithfully accepted their calling to serve our school community with dedication, humility, and compassion. May the Lord bless them with wisdom, strength, and unwavering commitment as they work hand in hand with our school in nurturing the minds, hearts, and faith of our learners.

Together, as one Christ-centered community, let us continue to walk in faith, serve with love, and inspire hope.
