Please be informed that face-to-face classes are suspended tomorrow (August 20, 2026 - Thursday) for all levels in both public and private schools.

This decision follows the official directive issued by the Office of the President, upon the recommendation of NDRRMC, due to the anticipation of heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon. https://www.facebook.com/share/1DmTbSoDCi/

To ensure learning continuity while prioritizing the safety of our personnel and learners, our school will shift to Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM).

URGENT ADVISORY
5 August 2026

Upon recommendation of the Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (MCDRRMD), I am ordering the suspension of classes in all levels in public and private schools on Thursday, 6 August 2026, due to inclement weather brought about by enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat).

According to the MCDRRMD, the latest weather models and rainfall outlook from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) indicate significant rainfall tomorrow, with intensity ranging from light to moderate, at times heavy.

Schools are advised to shift to ADM or Alternative Delivery Mode.
