For all your enrolment queries :
~ enrolment for Gr7 & 11 is on going (Gr11 old students are those who graduated from PHS & Gr11 new students are those who came from other schools, just the same they will still have to enrol)
~ transferees are advised to personally go to the office, only the dept. head/grade level coordinators concerned can address your inquiries & can accomodate you IF THERE ARE STILL SLOTS AVAILABLE. This page cannot answer if you can be accepted or not.
~ for REPEATERS & BALIK-ARAL, you can now enrol, just bring your REPORT CARD & your PARENT.
1st STEP is to proceed first to the GUIDANCE OFFICE
~ there is NO enrolment for old students of Gr8, 9, 10 & 12
~ the school's office is open from 8am to 3pm starting May14 (closed on Monday, May13, its election day)
~SOFT OPENING (distribution of books & knowing your section) is on MAY 31, Friday. Wait for the details of time for morning and afternoon session.

*Grade 8, 9, 10 & 12 WALANG ENROLMENT, ise-section na lang kayo, pagpasok nyo, nakasection na kayo

2. Good Moral Cert.
3. Birth Certificate (PSA copy na dapat)
4. 3pcs 1x1 ID picture
