Sa lahat ng MPC students na ongoing pa rin ang SIT 1 o OJT, paki-secure na po ang SIT Assessment Form ninyo na nasagutan na ng supervisor ninyo at ipasa sa Placement Office bago dumating ang araw na September 26, 2025 (Friday), dalhin din ang logbook.

Ang Certificate of Completion ay hihingin niyo lamang sa company kapag natapos na ang 300-hour duty ninyo.
