Join the Commission on Student Elections (COMSELEC) and help ensure honest, orderly, and transparent student elections at Mother of Divine Providence School!

Positions Needed:
• Chairperson (One SHS)
• Vice Chairperson (One G8 - G12)
• Secretary (One G6 - G12)
• Public Information Officer (PIO) (Two G4 - 12)
• Election Commissioners (One GS, One JHS, One SHS)

Duties and Responsibilities:
✅ Plan and organize student elections
✅ Implement election rules and procedures
✅ Screen and accredit candidates
✅ Monitor campaign activities
✅ Facilitate voting and vote counting
✅ Ensure fair, honest, and peaceful elections
✅ Address election-related concerns and issues

IMPORTANT NOTE : "No member of the COMSELEC shall run for any elective position in the SBO during his or her term of service."

Application Requirements:
📄 Submit a Letter of Intent explaining why you want to become a member of the Commission on Student Elections (COMSELEC) and how you can contribute to ensuring fair, honest, and transparent student elections to this Email ([email protected]) or or submit it to SBO Moderator (Mr. Angelo Lanuza) on January 19, 2026.
