In accordance with DepEd Order No. 014, s. 2026, Memorandum Circular No. 131 of the Office of the President, and following the announcement of Mayor Maan Teodoro and the City Government of Marikina, ALL CLASSES AND ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES ARE SUSPENDED (HINTO) across all levels, in both public and private schools, tomorrow, August 20, 2026.

This suspension covers face-to-face, online, modular, and asynchronous learning tasks. All academic operations and submissions are put on hold to prioritize the safety and well-being of our learners, faculty, and staff.

Learners, parents, and guardians are encouraged to monitor the school’s official communication channels for further updates.

In accordance with DepEd Order No. 014, s. 2026, and following the announcement of Mayor Maan Teodoro and the City Government of Marikina, face-to-face and online afternoon classes are suspended in ALL LEVELS, in both public and private schools, today, August 17, 2026.

All afternoon classes will shift to 𝐀𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. Students are advised to monitor the eLearning platform for the activities and instructions from their subject teachers.

For students currently in school, dismissal and fetch time are as follows:
Grade 7 – 12:15 PM
Grade 8 – 11:25 AM
Grade 10 – 11:25 AM
Grade 12 – 11:45 AM

Parents and guardians are requested to fetch their children at the designated dismissal time. If no parent or guardian is available to pick up a student, kindly inform the class adviser if you are allowing your child to commute home independently.

This suspension is due to the rising water level of the Marikina River, which reached the 1st Alarm level (15 meters) as of 9:27 PM, as a precautionary measure against its possible effects on our communities.

To ensure the continuity of learning while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our learners, learners will accomplish the assigned asynchronous learning tasks posted by their subject teachers through the e-Learning Platform.
