In this time of quarantine, the Internet has become indispensable to us. We have been glued to our gadgets pratically most of the time, which in turn may cause an increase of electromagnetic pollution.

In two paragraphs, write a short reflection on what you (and your family) do at home to help reduce electromagnetic pollution during the quarantine in order to de-stress and improve mental health.

Reflection paper: Experiences during the onslaught of Typhoon Ulysses

On Nov. 11, 2020, the typhoon Ulysses battered many regions in Luzon, Metro Manila included. As always, Marikina is one of the hardest hit by the typhoon. In fact, being a resident of the Provident Villages, I was badly hit by the typhoons Ondoy and Ulysses. It took us weeks to clean up our house.

Guide questions: Where were you during the typhoon? Were you one of those badly affected during the typhoon? Recall your experiences during the night that the typhoon hit and how you cleaned up your house. How do you think can the proper care of our environment and biodiversity can help us weather storms/calamities such as this?
Write a one-page reflection paper on this. You may also add some actual pictures that you have on hand at this time, if possible.
