Nakakatuwa talagang makatanggap ng ganitong message 🥹

Whole school year kami nagkaroon ng Filipino classes, tapos ngayon nag level up na siya for next year at hindi na Filipino Level 1.

Mas lalo pa akong natuwa nung sinabi ng parent na gusto pa rin nila ituloy ang Filipino sessions kahit summer. 🥺

Little by little talaga, may growth. Mas nagiging confident sila magsalita, umintindi, at sumagot sa Filipino.

Thank You, Lord. At maraming salamat din po sa trust ng parents the whole year 🤍

This summer, I’m also helping students who want to advance their lessons and prepare early for the next school year. 🥹

Some of my students are already starting Grade-level lessons in Filipino and Araling Panlipunan to build confidence before classes begin. We currently have advance lessons for:
• Ibong Adarna for incoming Grade 7
• Florante at Laura for incoming Grade 8
• Noli Me Tangere for incoming Grade 9

Our sessions focus on:
• advance lessons and guided discussions
• improving reading, speaking, and comprehension
• vocabulary building in Filipino
• support for non-Filipino speakers
• practice worksheets and review activities
• helping students feel more prepared and less overwhelmed for the next school year

I always try to make the class safe, encouraging, and interactive so students can grow little by little without pressure.

I’ll still be conducting my online classes for a few more weeks before I go on maternity leave.

Everything will continue as usual—structured lessons, guided practice, and intentional support for your child, especially for non-Filipino speakers.

I’ll make sure to give a clear schedule and heads-up before I take a short break.

Masayang Pag-aaral ng Pang-uri! 🫶

Sa aming Filipino tutoring sessions, tinutukan namin ang Pang-uri — ang mga salitang naglalarawan.
May dalawang uri ito:
Panlarawan – naglalarawan ng katangian (hal. payat, matamis, maganda)
Pamilang – nagsasaad ng bilang o dami (hal. dalawa, sampu, limang dosena)

Ginamit namin ang iba’t ibang interactive activities para mas madali at masaya ang pagkatuto:
- Pagsasama-sama ng mga salita ayon sa uri ng pang-uri
- Pag-ugnay ng mga pang-uri sa larawan
- Word search at quiz games
- Pagsasanay sa paghahambing (magkasinghaba, mas matangkad, pinakamabait)
- Pagtukoy ng kulay at paglalarawan ng mga bagay

Sa ganitong paraan, natututo ang mga bata hindi lang ng gramatika kundi ng tamang paggamit ng Filipino sa pang-araw-araw na usapan.
