Maybe teachers experience depression less not because they’re stronger, but because they’re always moving.

Between lesson plans, deadlines, and caring for their students, their minds rarely get the chance to be still or to overthink.

They say depression hates a moving object.
Maybe that’s why teachers keep going, even when they’re tired, even when they’re quietly hurting.

But even the busiest hearts need rest.
Keep moving, yes, but also pause, breathe, and take care of yourself.
The world needs you, but you also need you. 🍎💛

Mababa ang score ngayon, failure na agad? 🤔
Nope. It’s called LEARNING.

Tinuturuan natin silang:

- Learning not to compare.
- Learning to encourage instead of pressure.
- Learning to see progress, not just perfection.

Kasi sa totoong buhay, hindi lahat ng mataas ang grade, MATAAS DIN ANG VALUES.
At hindi lahat ng mababa ang score,
HINDI NA MAGIGING SUCCESSFUL

Gusto natin turuan sila na:
✅They are more than their grades.
✅Mistakes are part of growth.
✅ And learning never stops, for them and for us.

One day, they’ll thank us.
FOR SHOWING THEM THAT GRADES DON'T DEFINE THEIR WORTH.

Because real success is built on effort, character, and love. 💜

When I first showed this photo to teachers during a seminar, I asked:

“What do you observe in this classroom?”

Many said the same thing:
“Poor classroom management.”
“There’s no control.”
“One student is sleeping.”
“Others are lying on the floor.”
“It looks like they don’t respect the teacher.”

And you know what?
Those observations are valid — because that’s the lens we were taught to use.
That’s what I used to believe, too.

And it’s not easy to challenge that lens.
Especially when we’ve been trained for so long to equate control with effectiveness. Silence with learning. Uniformity with order.

But after years of working with children with diverse needs,
I’ve learned something important:

You can’t judge a classroom by who’s sitting still or following the same routine.

Because a truly inclusive classroom?
It’s not about control — it’s about intention.
It’s about knowing your learners.
Meeting them where they are.
And creating a space where they feel safe to be who they truly are.
