- Work with Manager/Ass mgr to prepare monthly sales report and monthly management report
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics
- Meet all sales quota and goals
- Work with sales staff to prepare periodic statement/report; analyze the report; identify and investigate any anomaly and variances; highlight important issues to the Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager/VP.
- Supervise sales representatives and assistants
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
- Assists our business partners in solving problems and provide additional supports
- Can drive motorcycle for field work

Job Responsibilities:
1. Safeguard the company against any and all losses due to inefficiencies and or fraudulent incidents
2. Collect facts/data, stores and analyze them in order for them to monitor all business activities which in turn would be objectively reported to the top management/ owners of the business
3. Conduct both surprise and announced audits in all areas of the business such as showrooms, warehouses and various offices
4. Data collected during Physical/ Actual Audit activities will be recorded in a computer system and will be analyzed further

Job Qualifications:
Must be a College Graduate preferably with Accountancy/ Business Management degree.
Must be willing to work six days a week
Ideally with work experience as an auditor, assessor or any related role in the LPG industry
Must be proficient in making computer aided reports such as in MS Word or MS Excel
Willing to work in Pampanga Area.

Job Responsibilities:

Knowledgeable in cashiering is a plus.

Knowledgeable in POS or can issue manual official receipt.

Must have Driver's License (at least restriction 1; non pro can be considered)

for immediate hiring.

Market products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Preferably can drive motorcycle (manual).

Can start ASAP.

• Assist in the annual budget preparation
• Review the preparation of presentation budget performance materials for the monthly Board/ Executive Committee
• Coordination with the accounting department, treasury operations, sales department and other related counterparties in the preparation of regulatory reports related to the financial position of the company and ensures the timely submission of reports to the regulators.
• Manage reports used by different proponents via the reporting tool

Job Qualification:
• Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
• Requires leadership and negotiation skills and experience/in-depth knowledge of the business, business requirements analysis, and IT processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong in oral & written communication.
• Knowledge in budget preparation, technical management, and understanding, analyzing information and problem-solving, strategic planning, and quality management.
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills
• Must be able to work independently.
• A high degree of supervisory, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
