EARLY REGISTRATION FOR SY 2025-2026
📌JANUARY 25- FEBRUARY 15, 2025

In preparation for the opening of SY 2025-2026, DIPATLONG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL will conduct Early Registration for KINDERGARTEN, GRADE 1, BACK TO SCHOOL, TRANSFEREE starting this January 25 to February 15, 2025.
Parents or guardians are invited to come to school to register and fill out an Enrolment Form.

✅KINDERGARTEN:
Children five (5) years old on or before AUGUST 31, 2025 (DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016/DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2018)
✅GRADE 1:
Kindergarten graduates for SY 2024-2025
✅ TRANSFEREES:
Kids from Grade 1 - Grade 6 who want to transfer to our school.
✅ BACK TO SCHOOL:
Kids who stopped and wanted to go back to school.

Documents to be brought and handed in Early Registration:
📌 Kindergarten
▪️Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
▪️Without PSA Birth Certificate: Submit a photocopy of any of the following
*NSO Birth Certificate/Local Live Birth/Barangay Certification/Late Registration Form

📌 Grade 1
▪️Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
▪️Without PSA Birth Certificate: Submit a photocopy of any of the following
*NSO Birth Certificate/Local Live Birth/Barangay Certification/Late Registration Form
▪️Copy of ECCD Report Card

📌Transferee and Back to School
(Grade 1 to Grade 6)
▪️Original Report Card (SF9) with the signature of Advisor and Principal
▪️Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
▪️Without PSA Birth Certificate: Submit a photocopy of any of the following
*NSO Birth Certificate/Local Live Birth/Barangay Certification/Late Registration Form
