The 𝙇𝙀𝘼 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩 proudly participated in the 𝙎𝙞𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝘾𝙊𝙈, 𝙋𝘼-𝙒𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝟭𝟬𝙩𝙝 𝘽𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝘿𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮, conducted in celebration of the 𝟰𝟯𝙧𝙙 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙, 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙢𝙮 (𝙍𝙀𝙎𝘾𝙊𝙈, 𝙋𝘼), carrying the theme:

“𝑨𝒏𝒈 𝑰𝒏𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒈 𝒏𝒂 𝑻𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒈-𝑩𝒖𝒐 𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒂𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒍.”

The activity provided the cadets with an opportunity to extend their service beyond military training and contribute to a cause that directly supports the community.

Through their participation, the LEA ROTC cadets demonstrated the values of selflessness, compassion, discipline, and commitment to service. Their simple act of giving reminds us that even one donation can become a lifeline for someone in need.

The LEA ROTC Unit conducted its 7th Training Day featuring 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙛 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝘼𝙞𝙙, with instructional inputs from 𝙎𝙜𝙩 𝘼𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘾 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙚𝙨).

The training enhanced the cadets knowledge and practical skills in 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙞𝙙, 𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚, reinforcing the importance of readiness, discipline, and teamwork.

Also featured is the 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, highlighting their contribution of 𝙣𝙚𝙬𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙘𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 to support the ROTC Unit and its continuing training activities.

As part of the ongoing 𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙈𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙨 (𝘿𝙈𝙎𝙏) 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚, cadet officers of the LEA ROTC Unit actively participated in cleaning, painting, organizing, and improving the office and its surroundings, under the supervision of the GMA Instructors, 𝙎𝙜𝙩 𝙉𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙮 𝙉 𝙍𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙨 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙚𝙨) and 𝙎𝙜𝙩 𝘼𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘾 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙚𝙨).

The activity was conducted to help maintain a clean, orderly, and functional workplace that supports the daily operations and activities of the unit.

Beyond the physical work, the renovation demonstrated the values of teamwork, discipline, initiative, and responsibility. Through their active participation, cadet officers demonstrated that leadership also means contributing to the improvement of the unit they serve.

The LEA ROTC Unit conducted its 8th Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), focusing on the implementation of discipline, cleanliness, physical fitness, and proper drill practices among cadets.

As part of the implementation of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IIR) within the school premises, an inspection of cadets personal belongings was conducted to ensure compliance with established school policies and to prevent the bringing of prohibited or unauthorized items.

Cadets also participated in cleaning activities, regular physical exercises, and drill practices. ROTC officers assisted in facilitating and supervising the activities, providing guidance and ensuring the proper observance of established procedures.

The activity strengthened the cadets discipline, accountability, physical readiness, teamwork, and proper conduct while reinforcing their responsibility to comply with the rules and regulations of the school and the ROTC Unit.

The LEA ROTC Unit conducted its 6th Training Day, featuring classroom instruction on 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙘 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 and 𝘾𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩. The activity reflects the continuing efforts of the LEA ROTC Unit to develop cadets through structured training, responsible leadership, and active participation, preparing them to carry out their duties with discipline and integrity.

Under the supervision of 𝙎𝙜𝙩 𝙉𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙮 𝙉 𝙍𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙨 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙚𝙨), 𝙂𝙈𝘼 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧, and the leadership of the Corps Commander of the LEA ROTC Unit, 𝘾/𝙈𝘼𝙅 𝙅𝙖𝙯𝙯𝙩𝙞𝙣 𝙈 𝙀𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙨, the 1st Class and 2nd Class ROTC Officers voluntarily conducted the renovation of the Department of Military Science and Tactics (DMST) Office.

The activity involved repainting, general cleaning, office organization, installation of the office power supply, and other improvement works aimed at enhancing the office's functionality, safety, and overall condition. These efforts contributed to a more organized and conducive environment for military instruction and administrative operations.

The renovation reflects the officers' initiative, discipline, and teamwork in supporting the continuous improvement of the unit. Beyond maintaining the office, the activity demonstrated their commitment to upholding the ROTC core values of honor, patriotism, and selfless service through meaningful action and shared responsibility.

🗓️ 𝟎𝟒 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The LEA ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 7th Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), where cadets actively participated in various activities led by the cadet officers. One of the highlights of the training was the lecture on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which emphasized the importance of discipline, accountability, and proper conduct within the unit.

During the lecture, cadets learned the significance of following established rules, maintaining order, carrying out responsibilities effectively, and working together as one team. The cadet officers also highlighted how SOP serves as a guide for maintaining professionalism, strengthening leadership skills, and ensuring that every task is carried out efficiently and responsibly.

Beyond the lectures, the activities provided an opportunity for the cadets to develop self-discipline, camaraderie, and a stronger commitment to service. Through continuous training and learning, they continue to uphold the values of honor, patriotism, and duty.

With every formation and every command executed, the LEA ROTC Unit continues to shape cadets into disciplined, dependable, and service-oriented future leaders. During its 5th Training Day, cadets took another step forward in developing the values and skills expected of members of the Reserve Force.

Through 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨, cadets refined their military bearing, strengthened unit coordination, and improved command ex*****on. Each movement reflected the importance of precision, teamwork, and discipline, qualities that define an effective and reliable unit.

Cadet Officers also received guidance from 𝙋𝙁𝘾 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙎 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙖 (𝙄𝙉𝙁) 𝙋𝘼, who emphasized the importance of faithfully observing the 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨 (𝙎𝙊𝙋𝙨), exercising sound leadership, and setting the standard through discipline, accountability, and professionalism.

The training also included classroom instruction on 𝙁𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙮𝙜𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, reminding cadets that effective leadership begins with knowing how to follow, while military readiness is strengthened by maintaining good health, proper hygiene, and personal discipline. The discussion were facilitated by the following ROTC Officers:

True strength is measured not only by individual ability but by the unity that binds every cadet together. During the 6th Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Training, the LEA ROTC Unit emphasized the importance of 𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚 by fostering teamwork, mutual trust, and respect among its members.

Through every activity and shared challenge, the cadets learned that success is achieved through cooperation and a common sense of purpose. By standing together, supporting one another, and working as a single unit, they continue to develop the character and discipline expected of future reservists and leaders.
