There are things teachers do that may never appear in a lesson plan.
The ๐๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐๐ because you knew we were already overwhelmed.
The lesson explained ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ because you noticed we still didnโt understand.
The โ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ ๐ก๐๐ฃ๐, ๐๐ฅ๐๐จ๐ ๐ฎ๐ช๐ฃ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ ๐ฃ๐ค ๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฃโ when we were struggling to finish.
The quiet โ๐๐๐ฎ๐โ๐ข ๐๐๐ฉ๐โ when we were beginning to doubt ourselves.
The extra minutes after class because someone needed to ask a question.
And the simple โ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ ๐ ๐ ๐ก๐๐ฃ๐, ๐ผ๐ฃ๐๐ ๐ ๐ค?โ when you noticed that something was different.
These may seem like small things, but to a learner, ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ง ๐ฆ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ .

And perhaps, this is what makes teaching truly remarkable. ๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ ๐ง๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ, because the lessons you teach do not simply remain inside the four walls of the classroom. They live on in the choices we make, the courage we carry, the kindness we show, and the dreams we continue to pursue.
Teachers do more than teach lessons. You teach us ๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐, ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ ๐, ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ๐โlessons that remain with us long after we leave the classroom.
And sometimes, we become so accustomed to hearing you ask, โ๐๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ฉ๐๐ฃ ๐ฎ๐ช, ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐?โ that we forget to ask:
