The MSU Honors Program proudly congratulates P**p Asnia B. Taratingan for attending the 4th Muslim Youth Conference, held on August 18โ20, 2026, at Chali Resort & Conference Center, Cagayan de Oro City.
She was also recognized with the Best Mediator Award, acknowledging her role in promoting understanding and managing conflicts between different sides.
As part of the conferenceโs team activities, her group received the Excellence in Community Planning Award, which included โฑ50,000 in funding for their proposed project, sponsored by the organizers.
The conference was organized by the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos โ Region X (NCMF-X), in partnership with the Hanns Seidel Foundation โ Philippines, to strengthen Muslim youth leadership, community involvement, and peacebuilding.
Guided by the goal of empowering Muslim youth to become responsible and active community leaders, the conference provided a platform for learning, teamwork, and meaningful participation.
