Last April 30, 2026, the MSU - Honors Program took part in ๐™‡๐™–๐™™๐™ž๐™–๐™ฌ๐™–๐™ฃ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฒ: A One-Day Leadership Training Program for Student Leaders and Organizations held at the International Convention Center, MSU Main Campus, Marawi City, organized by the Division of Student Affairs. Gathering student leaders from different organizations across the university, the program became a space for collaboration, reflection, and leadership development anchored on the theme, โ€œLeaders: Hawak mo ang Beat! Own the Pulse. Lead the Movement.โ€

Representing the Program were P**ps Faridah Jamila A. Caris, Fatimah M. Dimapunung, Sharina M. Macapodi, and Ahmad M. Yahya, who actively participated in the discussions, seminar-workshops, and leadership-building activities throughout the event. Also present during the program were fellow P**ps Sara Bainare I. Ansari, ARCSO President Abdul Hamid A. Racman, and the then-Prime Minister, P**p Asmana C. Umpat.

Adding to the Programโ€™s presence in the event, the then-ARCSO President, P**p Abdul Hamid A. Racman, also served as one of the lead organizers of Ladiawan 2026 and facilitated the seminar-workshop on โ€œEthical Leadership,โ€ one of the five major leadership topics discussed during the training program.

The program highlighted that effective leadership is not measured by how loud oneโ€™s presence is, but by the integrity, accountability, and responsibility carried behind every action. Through the keynote address of Atty. Rashid Vedra Pandi and the succeeding workshop sessions, participants were challenged to become leaders who listen with intention, serve with sincerity, and lead with purpose.

As the MSU - Honors Program continues to cultivate principled and service-driven student leaders, opportunities like Ladiawan serve as meaningful reminders that leadership creates the greatest impact when grounded in character and guided by genuine service to others.

Looks like our P**ps stepped into their designer era!

Last April 4โ€“5, 2026, P**ps Fatimah M. Dimapunung and Zuairah S. Tocalo represented the MSU โ€“ Honors Program in ๐™‹๐™ช๐™—๐™‡๐™„๐™†๐™ƒ๐˜ผ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฒ, a two-day creatives workshop organized by the Association of Registered Campus Student Organizations (ARCSO) that gathered student creatives and campus organizations for an immersive dive into layout design and visual storytelling.

Centered on the theme, โ€œA New Era of Campus Visuals: Designs that Speak, Identity that Lasts,โ€ the workshop challenged participants to go beyond making โ€œaestheticโ€ outputs and instead create visuals that communicate identity, purpose, and impact. From understanding design fundamentals during the online session to applying concepts through critiques and creative exercises at the Graduate Studies Social Hall during the face-to-face session, the experience became both a learning space and a creative playground for aspiring layout artists.

Adding more color to the experience, P**p Fatimah M. Dimapunung earned the ๐˜ฝ๐™š๐™จ๐™ฉ ๐™‘๐™ž๐™จ๐™ช๐™–๐™ก ๐™ƒ๐™ž๐™š๐™ง๐™–๐™ง๐™˜๐™๐™ฎ ๐˜ผ๐™ฌ๐™–๐™ง๐™™ for showcasing a strong sense of structure, balance, and visual communication in her design output.

As the Quiz Show Proper unfolded, silence gave way to tension, and anticipation rose with every question cast before the contenders.

From the ๐˜—๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ฉ ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜‹๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜จ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ ๐˜™๐˜ฆ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ฏ to ๐˜›๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜Œ๐˜บ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ง ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ž๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ญ๐˜ฅ, each round wove its own trial of knowledge, speed, and resolve. With every Saidar earned, every Aes Sedai Question faced, and every Forsaken challenge endured, the contenders moved closer to the turning that would decide their fate.

Within that hall stood minds prepared to face uncertainty head-on, answering beneath the weight of time, pressure, and expectation. Through the ๐˜ž๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ญ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ง ๐˜›๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ'๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ'๐˜ณ๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ, the ๐˜›๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ด ๐˜ฐ๐˜ง ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ž๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ต๐˜ฆ ๐˜›๐˜ฐ๐˜ธ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ, the ๐˜ž๐˜ช๐˜ญ๐˜ฅ ๐˜Š๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ฅ ๐˜™๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ, and the Finale, only the wisest minds and strongest weaves prevailed.

For knowledge, like power, has always demanded those worthy enough to wield it wisely.

And when this turning is spoken of in the Ages to come, may it be remembered that its contenders stood firm, answered with wisdom, and rose when the Wheel called upon them.

Congratulations and well done to all participants of the XX MMQS!

Until the Wheel turns once more, see you at the next MMQS.
