Division of Lanao Del Sur -1 Conducts 12-Point Agenda Orientation Under Ruby Cares Project

The Division of Lanao Del Sur-1 through the Division Learning Resource Management and Development Process Unit led by Supervisor Junaid G. Saligoin, JD concurrently Adopt Supervisor of MBHTE- Municipality of Piagapo together with Resource Speakers EPS Noraida P. Mecampong, PhD, Division Alternate DIO Yasreen Abdullah and Division Yes-O/YFD Coordinator Farhan P. Macapandi, MAELT, successfully conducted the Orientation on 12-Point Agenda Under Ruby Cares on October 19, 2025 at Kalimudan Function Hall, NRDM Bldg., Marawi City.

LDS-1 Schools Division Superintendent Rubina Mimbantas Macabenar, PhD. graced the event. In her speech, SDS Macabenar shared valuable insights and inspiration to the 376 education workers of Piagapo, highlighting the importance of unity and collaboration in delivering quality education.

The orientation featured presentations on 12-Point Agenda Under RUBY CARES
Raising Up Bangsamoro Youth Through Connecting The Academics, Resources and Enhanced Services. The agenda is anchored on the 7 Principles of Bangsamoro Education Code and crafted to address pivotal needs within Division of Lanao Del Sur -1 under the leadership of SDS Rubina M. Macabenar, PhD. The agenda designed to target interventions for substantial gaps in the access of basic education to ensure alignment of every action point in providing meaningful, responsive and relevant quality education to all Bangsamoro learners in Lanao Del Sur -1.

LRMDP Supervisor Spearheads Marantao 2 National Achievement Test (NAT 6) Monitoring and Supervision

In accordance with DO 37, s 2023, conduct of Rapid Assessment for School Year 2021-2022 for learning recovery as well as in preparation for the 2024 Baseline System Assessment. The NAT 6 Marantao 2 Test Monitoring Team, led by LRMDP Supervisor Junaid G. Saligoin, JD, together with LRMDP PDO Sitty Aleah Karen M. Saligoin and LR Coordinator Musmira C. Bantuas, monitored and supervised the administration of the National Achievement Test for Grade 6 (NAT 6) for School Year 2024-2025 in Marantao 2 District today, April 2, 2024.

The team monitored and supervised both public and private schools operating with permits. Schools monitored are the following: Bae Simalao Elementary School, Ilian ES, Kialdan ES, Daanaingud-Bacong ES, Abinal ES, Ranaranao ES, and Sultan Disomimba Central Elementary School and Philippine Integrated School-Marantao.

In compliance of the Regional Memorandum No. 647, s. 2023, titled "MBHTE Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities for the School Year 2023-2024" and other related issuances, the Division of Lanao del Sur - Ied by our Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Sahanee Macarampat - Sumagayan conducted a simultaneous Policy Orientation and Updates in all schools of the Division of Lanao del Sur-I.

LDS-1 Learning Resource Management Development and Processes (LRMDP) Unit headed by EPS Junaid G. Saligoin together with LR team Ma'am Sitty Aleah Karen M. Saligoin, Ma'am Musmira C. Bantuas, Ma'am Zohayrah D. Masthur, and Sir Farhan P. Macapandi conducted the said Policy Orientation and Updates for SY 2023-2024 at Mulondo Central Elementary School.

Our gratitude to Mulondo District Division Facilitator Principal Aida H.A Abdul, MAEd of Mulondo Central Elementary School for successfully facilitating the orientation; to Principal Salma Mangoao, PhD of Buadiabala Primary School, Principal Bae Farida Abu- Mamintal of Mulondo National High School, and Principal Asmin B. Langilao, PhD of Insuba National High School for sharing their insights and words of wisdom.

Lastly, our heartfelt felicitation to the school heads, teachers, ISAL teachers, and volunteer teachers of Mulondo District for attending and actively participating the policy orientation.
