The Institute for Regional and Local Governance (IRLG) proudly congratulates IRLG Director Mahid Rachman on successfully completing the Executive Master in Disaster Risk and Crisis Management at the Asian Institute of Management.

At a time when uncertainty and disasters have become our new normal, Director Rachman chose to respond through learning. Strengthening leadership competence in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, Organizational Resilience, and Crisis Management. While the Philippines is home to many experts, scientists, and DRRM practitioners, the need remains strong for leaders in BARMM and Mindanao who are formally trained and fully equipped to lead in times of crisis.

This milestone reflects IRLG’s steadfast commitment to principled, future-ready, and resilient governance.

Kasabay ito ng pagbubukas ng Mindanao Week of Peace 2025, kung saan nagtipon ang mga kinatawan mula sa akademya, relihiyon, pamahalaan, at kabataan upang magbahagi ng mga pananaw sa moral governance at sa patuloy na paghahangad ng kapayapaan sa Mindanao.

Ang forum na ito ay paalala na ang kapayapaan ay bunga ng pananagutan, malasakit, at sama-samang pagtutulungan.

Subject: WELLNESS BREAK FROM OCTOBER 30 - NOVEMBER 03, 2025

In line with the observance of Mental Health Awareness Month, and in recognition of the importance of rest, reflection, and self-care, the University shall observe a Wellness Break for all faculty, staff, and students of the basic education and colleges from October 30 to November 03, 2025.

This initiative reaffirms the University's commitment to promoting mental health and holistic well-being within the MSU community. May this break serve as an opportunity to rest, regain balance, and return with renewed focus and energy.

Please note that regular office operations shall continue during this period to ensure continuity of essential services.
