o Completed Certificate of Candidacy
o Evaluation sheet and Certificate of Registration for the current semester
o Department Fee Receipt for 2nd semester A.Y. 2025-2026
o 2x2 ID Picture

The Chemical Engineering Students' Society Commission on Elections successfully held its ๐—˜๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—ข๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—”๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—ฌ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฑโ€“๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฒ and ๐—ฎ ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฒ ratifying the amended Constitution and By-Laws on May 3 at the Chemical Engineering Department.

The event brought together students from all year levels to select new leaders who will represent and guide the society in the coming academic year.

The voting process proceeded smoothly, reflecting the studentsโ€™ commitment to active participation in their organizationโ€™s future.

The newly elected officers will assume their roles at the start of the next academic year, with formal induction ceremonies planned in the coming weeks. The society extends its gratitude to the outgoing officers for their dedicated service and looks forward to a vibrant year ahead under new leadership.

The Commission on Elections of Chemical Engineering Studentsโ€™ Society proudly presents the official and final results of the ChELection 2025 held on May 3, 2025.

A total of 17 candidates have been duly elected to serve the Chemical Engineering Studentsโ€™ Society for A.Y. 2025โ€“2026.

The Amended Constitution and By-Laws has also been ratified by majority vote and shall take immediate effect.

The Election Commissioner, according to the Section 3.3.1, Article VII of the Constitution and by-Laws of the Chemical Engineering Studentsโ€™ Society, shall:

โ€ข promulgate rules and regulations in the conduct of the election;
โ€ข supervise the conduct of elections and proclaim the winning candidate;
โ€ข shall be responsible for preparing a report of the election;
โ€ข shall be the judge of the election in consultation with the members of the election committee.
