JANUARY 21-22, 2026 | YOUTH EMPLOYABILITY BOOTCAMP FOR HEIs IN MARAWI CITY AND LANAO DEL SUR

HEPO-LDS conducted an activity entitled "Youth Employability Bootcamp" for Fourth-Year College Students across all HEIs in Marawi City and Lanao del Sur.

The said activity was successfully conducted to enhance participants' employability and prepare them for the demands of their future workplace. The acitivity focused on strengthening essential job application skills, including CV, resume, and cover letter writing, enabling the participants to effectively present their qualifications and competencies to potential employers.

In addition, the Bootcamp covered key areas of professional development such as workplace etiquettes, formal email writing, and interview preparation for job applications. The discussions emphasized professionalism, effective communication, and confidence-building, equpping participants with practical knowledge and skills to help them navigate the job market with greater readiness and competence, In shaa Allah.
