Under the supervision of 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐑 𝐃. 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐀 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS School Commandant, and 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐓𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐃 𝐏. 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS Assistant Commandant, CTP Cadet Officers hold the first on-field training for newly cadets of the Citizenship Training Program at the MSU-ILS Gymnasium. The formation started off their field CTP experience which help students develop build their self-control, gaining initiative, instilling discipline as key traits for tomorrow’s community leaders.

This formation differed significantly from the previous assembly, which primarily focused on orientation. This time, the trainees engaged in actual field exercises and routine military drills designed to develop discipline and precision. Under the leadership of the newly designated cadet officers, every command was properly executed, ensuring that the formation maintained order from beginning to end.

Guided by 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐑 𝐃. 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐀 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS School Commandant, and 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐓𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐃 𝐏. 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS Assistant Commandant, the formation was executed properly. CTP Cadets learned how cooperation matters alongside listening to leaders and sticking with duty. For the newly cadets, this phase felt like a turning point because discipline started feeling real, leadership began showing up in actions, while public responsibility wasn’t just talk anymore.

In line with the celebration of the 61st Founding Anniversary of the Mindanao State University - Integrated Laboratory School (MSU-ILS), the Citizenship Training Program (CTP) Cadet Officers together with the aspiring Drillers rendered their presence and support to the institution.

The Cadet Officers extended their salute and warmest greetings to MSU-ILS, expressing gratitude to the administration, faculty, and alumni for their continuous guidance and support to the Unit. Their presence underscored the unit’s commitment to discipline, service, and excellence. Their values deeply rooted in military tradition.

Immediately after following the prayer invocation, the CTP Cadet Officers and aspiring Drillers executed a Silent Drill Exhibition, the participation of the Cadet Officers and Drillers in the anniversary celebration not only paid tribute to the rich history of MSU-ILS but also embodied the military virtues of duty, respect, and service. Strengthening the bond between the Institution and its Unit of Cadets.

Through this initiative, the Aspiring Cadet Officers demonstrated their unwavering dedication to serve the MSU-ILS community and uphold the values of discipline and volunteerism. Their collective effort not only contributed to a cleaner and more welcoming learning environment but also served as a gesture of gratitude for the continued support and guidance that MSU-ILS has extended to their training and personal development as future leaders with the guidance and support of MSU-ILS Admin & Faculty, 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐓𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐃 𝐏. The event was held at the International Convention Center (ICC), Mindanao State University – Main Campus, Marawi City. Selected Aspiring Cadet Officers from MSU-ILS were tasked to serve as the colors for the event, arriving at 0600H. A clear demonstration of their discipline, commitment, and dedication to their unit.

The International Convention Center (ICC) was filled with vibrant cultural exhibits and performances, drawing numerous delegates from across the BARMM. Some attendees traveled from as far as Zamboanga, Maguindanao, etc. to take part in the event.

The Aspiring Cadet Officers were supervised and mentored by 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐓𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐃 𝐏. 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS Assistant Commandant, with the assistance of an MSU-ILS alumni. At the MSU Integrated Laboratory School, Cadet Officers of the Citizenship Training Program (CTP) are busy preparing for their graduation ceremony. Together, they are decorating the gymnasium with colorful designs and making sure everything is in place for the big day. Their hard work shows their teamwork, discipline, and excitement for the upcoming event.

Along with the decorations, the Cadets are also holding rehearsals with 2nd and 3rd year Plebes. These practices are guided by 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐑 𝐃. 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐀 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS School Commandant, and 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐓𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐃 𝐏. 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS Assistant Commandant, who helps make sure everything runs smoothly. From marching to saluting, everyone is doing their best to prepare for a proper and organized ceremony.

This preparation is more than just setting up an event it shows the values of the Citizenship Training Program. For the Cadet Officers, it’s a proud moment that marks their achievements. For the younger Plebes, it’s a chance to learn and be inspired. Graduation is not only a celebration but also a reminder of the leadership and unity built through the Citizenship Training Program.

The final day of the Citizenship Training Program (CTP) Practical Exam at MSU-ILS concluded with the cadets of Sections Poseidon and Zephyrus demonstrating what weeks of preparation had built. With focus and determination, the cadets carried out a series of basic commands.

The examination was closely supervised by 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐑 𝐃. 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐀 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS School Commandant, and 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐓𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐃 𝐏. 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS Assistant Commandant. Before ex*****on, CTP Cadet Officers were given direct instructions by the Commandants to ensure that all commands were delivered clearly and correctly. Cadets followed through with discipline, showing their grasp of both leadership and teamwork.

This final day marked the successful end of a three-day practical evaluation for all participating sections. For the cadets of Poseidon and Zephyrus, it was not just about completing tasks, but proving their growth in character, responsibility, and readiness to serve. The CTP continues to fulfill its mission of building strong, service-driven individuals for the future.

CTP Cadets successfully completed their Practical Exam on the second day of the three-day evaluation. Supervised and led by 𝟐𝐋𝐓. 𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐑 𝐃. 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐀 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS School Commandant and 𝟐𝐋𝐓. 𝐓𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐃 𝐏. 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS Assistant Commandant, the cadets demonstrated discipline and teamwork as they executed basic military commands and exercises.

Following instructions from their Commandants, CTP Cadet Officers guided the CTP Cadets through each task with precision. The cadets executed commands with coordination and focus. Their performance reflected the values of discipline, leadership, and service that the CTP aims to instill in every cadet.

With their Practical Exam now completed, the Section Apollo and Hermes cadets have proven their readiness and dedication. Their hard work and discipline stand as a testament to the rigorous training of the CTP, preparing them to become responsible and service-oriented individuals.

At precisely 1430HRS, the MSU-ILS Junior High School field became a proving ground as CTP cadets and cadet officers from Section Ares and Section Artemis undertook their Practical Exam. Under the watchful command of 𝟐𝐋𝐓. 𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐑 𝐃. 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐀 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS School Commandant, and 𝟐𝐋𝐓. 𝐓𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐃 𝐏. 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄), MSU-ILS Assistant Commandant, the cadets demonstrated adherence to discipline, executing drills and command responses with military precision. The exam tested not only their technical proficiency but also their ability to function under operational stress, an essential attribute in leadership and service.

The practical assessment reinforced their training in tactical ex*****on, command presence, and operational efficiency. Each movement was a reflection of conditioning, instilling in them the values of accountability, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to duty. Their cooperation were the result of the Citizenship Training Program.

Upon completion, the cadets stood at attention, embodying the essence of discipline and military bearing. The Practical Exam served as both a test and a rite of passage, forging them into future leaders prepared to meet challenges head-on.
