​Atty. Ayeesha-Maruki A. Macarambon has been designated in a concurrent capacity as the Assistant Superintendent for Printing under the Office of Information, Press and Publication (OIPP). Issued under Special Order No. 534-OP, Series of 2026, this concurrent assignment places her in charge of assisting with the supervision, administration, and coordination of the Printing Office. Her primary focus will be ensuring the efficient, economical, and high-quality production of all official university publications, forms, and instructional materials, while continuing her duties as Head of the BAC Secretariat.

Prof. Omar D. Cariga, Associate Professor III from the College of Information and Computing Sciences (CICS), has been officially designated as the incoming Officer-in-Charge of the National Service Training Program (NSTP). Authorized under Special Order No. 533-OP, Series of 2026, he will head the administrative supervision of the NSTP Office, ensuring the steady continuity, efficient management, and implementation of the program's civic and community projects. Our sincere gratitude also goes out to the former head, Prof. Abdulrasid T. Lucman, for his dedication, guidance, and service to the NSTP community.

Prof. Johanna Rania U. Salic is hereby designated as the Officer-in-Charge of the MSU-Integrated Laboratory School (MSU-ILS), effective immediately per Special Order No. 532-OP, Series of 2026. In this role, Prof. Salic will exercise direct administrative supervision over the school’s personnel, programs, and operations, while ensuring the efficient implementation of university policies and standards. The university also extends its deepest gratitude to Prof. Intesar T. Aba-Conding for her dedicated service and leadership as the former Head of MSU-ILS.

Mindanao State Universit- Main Campus shares the appointment of Omar M. Biston, JD, CGM, LPT as the new Officer-in-Charge of the Property Division, pursuant to Special Order No. 531-OP, Series of 2026. In this role, Mr. Biston will steer the division's daily operations, focusing on the careful stewardship, inventory, and coordination of university resources and property. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the former head, Juhary B. Pangandaman, PhD for his dedicated service and contributions to the division.

​Mindanao State University Main Campus officially announces the designation of Engr. Mohammad Fayez Isra as the new Officer-in-Charge of the Physical Plant Division. Under Special Order No. 530-OP, Series of 2026, Engr. Isra assumes responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing campus infrastructure projects, and ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of university facilities. The university administration extends its sincere thanks to Engr. Cayamora A. Macarambon for her invaluable leadership and structural contributions as the former head of the division.

The Award recognizes individuals and groups that served public interests through their outstanding achievements in research and development in the fields of science and technology, including their visions of an ideal future society and social implementation plans for R&D as a means of achieving the UN’s SDGs.
