Our 3 Adult Leaders from SIKAP Elementary School Jhoe Bint Hadji Latip Nafie Galman Alawi Almerah Cosain Mauna proudly participated in the City Schools Division of Marawi 3-Day GSP Outdoor Leadership Training Course with the theme:
“Meranao Girl Scouts: Leading Youth, Serving the Community, Uniting to Build a Better World.”

It was a meaningful and enjoyable experience filled with fun outdoor activities, teamwork, learning, and camaraderie. Beyond the activities, our Adult Leaders gained valuable experiences and strengthened their commitment to guide and inspire the young Girl Scouts.

2026 DIVISION SCHOOLS PRESS CONFERENCE

The 2026 Division Schools Press Conference, held on September 6–8, 2026 at APCES, Marawi City, with the theme “Voice of Truth: Empowering Campus Journalists for a Responsible Press,” was a meaningful opportunity for the Grade 6 learners of Sikap Elementary School to showcase their talents and develop their skills in campus journalism.
Our heartfelt appreciation goes to our dedicated coaches, Johairah B. Hadji Latip and Almerah Mauna, for their time, patience, and commitment in guiding our young journalists.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to our School Principal, Norhata C. Binatara, and to everyone who continuously supported and believed in our plans and initiatives for our learners. Your encouragement and support made this journey more meaningful and possible.

Our heartfelt appreciation to our three dedicated boyscouts at the same time adult leaders/teachers namely maam Sittie Aynah Limbona Dalan maam
Aisah Ollanas , maam Daya Bint Ambor who participated in the 2-Day Division Boy Scout Activity as part of the Division Memorandum.

Through activities on scoutcraft, leadership, camp preparation, emergency response, and camporal skills, they gained valuable knowledge and experiences to share with our young scouts.

“Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon.”

Isang masaya, makulay, at makabuluhang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 ang naganap kahapon sa Sikap Elementary School!

Naging tampok sa programa ang iba’t ibang talento at kakayahan ng ating mga mag-aaral, mula sa pagbigkas ng tula, katutubong awit at sayaw, masining na pagsayaw, sabayang pagbigkas, hanggang sa Balagtasan..

Higit sa lahat, nasaksihan natin ang kagalakan, tiwala sa sarili, at husay ng ating mga Batang Ma-SIKAP habang buong pagmamalaki nilang ipinamalas ang kanilang mga talento at pagmamahal sa sariling wika at kultura..

Lubos din ang aming pasasalamat sa District Planning na si Bb. Norlailah Unda sa kanyang pagdalo at pakiiisa upang saksihan ang makabuluhang programa ng ating paaralan.. Ang inyong presensya ay nagsilbing inspirasyon sa aming mga mag-aaral at g**o..

💙💚UNITED FOR SAFETY | Parents and Pupils Against Bullying and Violence💚🩵

SIKAP Elementary School successfully conducted its annual advocacy program, "United for Safety: Parents and Pupils Against Bullying and Violence," on August 10, 2026, at the School Open Gymnasium..

This annual initiative is spearheaded by Ma'am Fye (Faisah B. Macapando), School Child Protection Coordinator, and Ma am Jhoe (Johairah B. Hadji Latip), School Peace Advocate Organization Adviser, as part of their continuing commitment to protecting children, preventing bullying and violence, promoting peace, and maintaining a safe, respectful, and peaceful school environment..

The activity brought together parents, pupils, teachers, and school personnel to strengthen awareness and cooperation in protecting our learners and building a culture of safety and peace.. The program featured an Islamic preaching, meaningful discussions, and valuable insights from our resource speakers, Police Lieutenant Claire J. Lanaja and Police Master Sergeant Aminoden Bilao Alimosa, on safety, violence prevention, and the community's shared responsibility in protecting children and families..

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to our School Principal, Norhata C. Binatara-Bangcola, Sikap Elem Schl for her leadership and unwavering support for child protection and peace initiatives, as well as to all teachers, parents, pupils, and school personnel who actively participated in this meaningful undertaking..

Special thanks to our resource speakers for sharing their knowledge and expertise, and congratulations to them for receiving their Certificates of Recognition in appreciation of their valuable contribution to the success of the program..
