AKIC will be celebrating the World Teachers’ Day in the afternoon of October 5, 2017 at Betsy’s Best Function Hall, Don Pedro Celdran Avenue, Tubod Iligan City (Near Lyceum of Iligan Foundation). Come and express your support to our teachers!

AKIC Extension School in MSU Marawi Campus will celebrate the World Teachers’ Day on October 6, 2017.

Eid Al-adha Mubarak Khwarizmians!

Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Raaji'oon. We are extremely brokenhearted of the sudden passing away of our fellow Khwarizmian, the late Ms. Sohaya Abdulrahim. The SLS family would like to extend their condolences to the bereaved family of Ms. Sohaya. May Allah(swt) bless and forgive her and grant her the highest level or Jannah! Allahumma Aameen.

Amidst the ongoing battle in Marawi City, AKIC is still soaring high! Ma Shaa Allah!

On August 21, 2017 a traditional, simple yet meaningful Send-Off Kanduri was held at AKIC Extension School in Iligan City for Mr. Aujan Macabayao, a grade 10 student and one of the qualifiers of the Kennedy Lugar Youth Exchange & Study - American Field Study (KL-YES- AFS) Exchange Student Program 2016-2017.

Mr. Aujan marks as the 11th student from AKIC who qualified and will study in the USA for one school year (2017-2018) In Shaa Allah!

The kanduri was attended by the school officials and the faculty members headed by its President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Camar A. Umpa, Alumni of the KL-YES AFS & PYLP and ofcourse by the family of Mr. Aujan Macabayao.

Indeed, AKIC is one of the best schools in the region supporting students with one of a kind lifetime experience.
