We express our official dismay regarding the recent release of the memo announcing the resumption of classes, despite the earnest efforts of the Supreme Student Government in presenting data from the survey that reflected the concerns and preferences of the student community.

To the students, we acknowledge and sincerely apologize if we fell short in representing your collective voice and failed to influence the decision in favor of your concerns. We understand the gravity of the situation and the deep emotional impact it has had on our student community.

We share the same frustration of the victims and the sentiments of all the students. We would like to encourage all the student-led organizations in the University to join us to speak up for the rights and welfare of the students.

The Judicial Members have pledged to whatever the case is brought forward unto, their decisions must be vested by the constitution. Thus, the Chief Justice has released a memorandum reminding the MSU-SSG Community especially the Associate Justices about the rulings of the law pertaining to the judicial misconduct and the public trust.

Ergo, we assure to uphold the constitution and abide by its laws as the foundation of a judiciary office, while simultaneously advocating for our rights and what is rightfully ours, for it is in this delicate balance that justice thrives and progress is being put on emphasis.
