We are honored to have successfully conducted the event entitled 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, guided by the theme: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. This meaningful program emphasized the critical importance of effective communication as a foundation for strong, competent, and impactful leadership in today’s dynamic environment.

The activity served as a valuable platform for learning, collaboration, and professional development. It highlighted that effective leadership goes beyond decision making it requires clarity of thought, the ability to inspire others, and the skill to build meaningful and productive relationships. Through this event, participants gained significant insights into how communication plays a vital role in achieving leadership success and organizational excellence.

‎On March 14, 2026, the 𝗝𝗣𝗜𝗔 - 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗙 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 was given the opportunity to participate in a program led by the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗣𝗔) – a grand Iftar titled "𝙎𝙖𝙙𝙖𝙦𝙖 𝙏𝙖𝙣𝙤: 𝙄𝙛𝙩𝙖𝙧 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖 𝙠𝙤 𝙈𝙜𝙖 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖-𝙋𝙪𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙖"

‎Each local chapter selected its own beneficiaries, and the one chosen by the PICAF Chapter is the Torel "𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐳 𝐀𝐥-𝐘𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭" located in 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧, 𝐒𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧, 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐫.

‎United alongside with compassion & to make this event successful the JPIA PICAF Chapter collaborated with local chapters: 𝗠𝗦𝗨-𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻, 𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗜, 𝗥𝗖-𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗖 and 𝗗𝗣𝗖 along with the unwavering support of PICPA members and JPIA officers.

Guided by the theme ‘𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲' the initiative reflected the spirit of generosity and compassion during the holy month of Ramadhan. May Allah accept their efforts and continue to guide them in serving others.

“Managerial Practice In the Light of Islamic Teaching.”

Throughout the seminar, attendees explored how modern management principles become even more powerful when guided by the timeless wisdom of Islamic teachings. From leadership rooted in amanah (trust) to decision-making shaped by hikmah (wisdom), every activity emphasized that effective management is more than strategy — it is a moral responsibility.

The program highlighted leadership lessons inspired by Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.), demonstrating how Islamic principles can shape ethical and effective managers. Engaging activities allowed participants to experience what it truly means to be a leader as a Muslim, connecting contemporary management concepts with faith-based insights.

‎The seminar served not only as a learning experience but also as a reminder that the best leaders are those who manage with vision, serve with humility, and inspire through character.

Earlier today, our PICAF family faced an unexpected fire incident that tested our strength and unity. Alhamdulillah, everyone is safe, and the situation was managed through the quick response of our authorities and community. Alhamdulillah, when the fire broke out, no one was in the school. Truly, Hasbunallahu wa ni‘mal Wakeel — Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of Affairs.

In times like this, we are reminded that every challenge carries a lesson — to remain patient (sabr), to trust Allah’s plan (tawakkul), and to stay united as one family.

Let’s continue to pray for our school and for everyone affected. With faith and resilience, we will rise again, in shaa Allah. 💚
