The Society of Student Pharmacists held its first seminar titled 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐤: 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, featureing distinguished healthcare professionals from the various discipline. This event was filled with insightful discussions and interactions between the students and guest speakers regarding pharmacy leadership and management. Truly, this event satisfied our curiousity and gave us awareness of the world of pharmacy administration.

History was made today as the College of Health Sciences proudly celebrated its 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭-𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 from the 𝐁𝐒 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐲 program. Our scholars proudly participated in the 𝐆𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐝 𝐑𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐤 𝐄𝐤𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 of MSU-MDSL, held at the College of Agriculture AVR, together with DOST-SEI National Director, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐒. 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐨.

One of the most meaningful moments of the event was when Sir Jayeel shared the quote:

His words reminded our scholars that genuine change often begins with a few individuals who are willing to dedicate their hearts and minds toward meaningful and holistic development — especially in advancing accessible and quality healthcare for all.

As the pioneering batch of future pharmacists of Mindanao State University, this event strengthened our commitment to service, leadership, and excellence in pharmaceutical care. More than a recognition of academic achievement, it became a reminder of our mission to serve the people and contribute to nation-building through healthcare.

We are deeply grateful to Sir Jayeel for his inspiring insights and words of wisdom that reignited our passion to lead, learn, and care.
