Marawi City, Philippines — Four senior high students from RC-AKICFI SHS qualified for the Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) Scholarship Examination conducted on February 21–22 and March 7–8 across 222 testing centers nationwide, according to official results released on May 30, 2026.

This year’s batch was highly competitive: with over 97,617 applicants nationwide, only about 8,500 qualified—a selection rate of 8.71%.

The qualifiers from RC-AKICFI Senior High School are:

The Summer Review Class 2026 officially came to a close on May 21 at the Annex Convergence Hall with a closing program and awarding ceremony.

Students who excelled in the post-test were recognized for their outstanding performance and dedication throughout the summer classes. As part of the celebration, a Quiz Bee competition was held to test the knowledge and skills they gained during the program.

The competition featured questions in Aptitude, English, Mathematics, and Science, giving students an engaging way to showcase what they learned.

MARAWI CITY, Philippines — Five Senior High School students from RC-AKICFI passed the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 of the 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐒𝐄) conducted nationwide on 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

The passers are Sittie Nor Aisha G. Dimaro, Alnisah A. Alinair, Sittie Aisha C. Umpa, Jalil L. Taratingan, and Abdullah B. Macud.

Out of 307,489 examinees across the country, the RC-AKICFI SHS students distinguished themselves through their excellent performance. Their success reflects the institution’s strong academic preparation and commitment to excellence.

RC-AKICFI SHS congratulated all CSE passers, noting that this milestone opens doors to greater opportunities in public service.

“Your perseverance has paid off. Continue striving for excellence,” the administration stated.

MARAWI CITY — The Society of Quizzers and Debaters (SQUAD) clinched 2nd runner-up in the 20th Multimedia Quiz Show held on May 2, 2026.

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 “𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬,” composed of Japar T. Pangadapun Jr., Tadjoden G. Cali, and Rehan P. Decampong, delivered a standout performance that brought pride to SQUAD.

Langkom also recognized three other teams for commendable performances.

The competition brought together high school and college teams from across the region, testing their knowledge and quick thinking. Representing the Society of Quizzers and Debaters (SQUAD), the two teams delivered remarkable performances that highlighted the intellect and dedication of the organization.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | The Summer Class 2026 officially began on April 20 with a structured orientation that introduced students to the program and prepared them for upcoming entrance exams. Teachers and administrators outlined key objectives, focusing on strengthening knowledge in English, Science, and Mathematics while also discussing schedules, grading systems, and classroom expectations. Earlier today, students took a mock test to assess their current knowledge and capacity, with results to be used to guide instruction and provide targeted academic support.
