With voter registration now underway, the stage is almost set for ARCSO Halalan 2026.

The ARCSO Commission on Elections (COMELEC) officially takes the helm in administering and overseeing this year's electoral process, ensuring that the elections are conducted with fairness, transparency, impartiality, and accountability.

Guided by the newly established ARCSO Electoral Code, this year's Halalan introduces a structured framework for voter eligibility, nominations, campaigning, voting, and proclamationโ€”upholding the democratic principles that unite our registered student organizations.

As June 9 approaches, the focus now shifts to the future of ARCSO. Which individuals will step forward to serve? Which leaders will earn the confidence of our member organizations? And who will be entrusted with carrying the Association into its next chapter?

The countdown to Halalan 2026 continues.

The program began with the registration of participants, followed by an invocation and the singing of the Philippine National Anthem. Through the opening remarks, rationale, and inspirational message, attendees were reminded of the vital role student organizations play in nurturing leadership, service, and meaningful engagement within the University community.

A highlight of the program was the inspiring message delivered by Mrs. Ailene Punginaguina-Ampog, whose words encouraged student leaders and organization members to continue pursuing excellence, fostering collaboration, and making meaningful contributions to the University and the wider community.

The program also featured a special performance by MSU Dakila and a serenade by Jace Q. Lagrosas of the CSSH Glee Club, setting the tone for the much-awaited awarding ceremony. As honors were conferred, the occasion highlighted the outstanding achievements and impactful initiatives of student organizations that continue to create positive change and uphold the values of the University.
