Enhancing students' creativity and problem solving skills in Marawi City National High School (MCNHS), the event's theme for this semester's CITE class outreach activity under Dr. Nafisah Abdulrachman.

It was inspired by DOST-TAPI's Invent School Program with the objective of encouraging the Filipino learners to develop their creativity and problem solving skills to contribute for the sustainable development of the country, BARMM in particular.

Attended by MCNHS senior high (STEM strand) students, their school head Madam Bantuas, some ISED faculty members, SE 203 graduate students (its main organizers), the ISED Graduate Studies Chairperson Dr. Salamah Indad and Research and Extension Services Coordinator Dr. Shaha Mustapha.

Sultana Zakirah Development Academy, Inc at MSU headed by Ma'am Hasmen C. Decampong joined MSU-ISED on its seminar and workshop dealing with environmental awareness on conservation and preservation at Brgy. Kalilintad, Rapasun, Marawi City.

The event highlighted the theme, "BATANG SULTANA, BATANG MAHUSAY AT MAKAKALIKASAN, BATANG BAYANI". Essential knowledge and skills intended for young learners were administered.

And the said activity was organized by the graduate students under Sci Ed 228 and Math Ed 290 of Prof. Norolayn K. Said and Prof. Jocelyn P. Aman with the guidance of Research and Extension Services Coordinator, Dr. Shaha D. Mustapha and the full support of Graduate Studies Chairperson Dr. Salamah B. Indad and Dean Sonny M. Magno.

Witness and learn from the presentations of the graduate-researchers and the comments/suggestions of the panelists during the ISED Research Colloquium. And have the chance to associate with one of this University's leading researchers, Dr. Fema M. Abamo.

MSU-ISED Outreach Program through SE 203 was held this morning (Jan. 13) to Balindong National High School for creativity and problem solving skills enhancement among the students.

MSU-ISED Outreach Program conducted last Jan. 9, 2024 at Bubong, Ramain.

The SE 254 graduate students together with some faculty members of the Institute led a seminar on environmental conservation and preservation to East Bayabao Integrated National High School.

Graduate Admission Test in Science Education (GATSE) for the 2nd Semester, 2023-2024 on January 5, 2024 (Friday)

ISED Graduate Studies is offering the following:

📌PhD Sci Ed major in Biology
📌PhD Sci Ed major in Mathematics
📌 MST General Science
📌 MST Elementary Science
📌 MSciEd Mathematics
📌 MST Elementary Mathematics

The aspiring master's and PhD students of the Institute may submit the requirements ASAP, not later than the GATSE schedule to ISED Graduate Studies Office. 🏫🏫🏫

✅ Pls refer to the following credentials to be screened by the committee:
1. Letter of Intent
2. Curriculum Vitae
3. TOR with CGPA of 2.5 and 2.0 for MSU graduates and 2.0 and 1.75 for non-MSU graduates (both original copy and authenticated photocopy) for master's and PhD, respectively. A CGPA certification from the Registrar must also be included.
4. Two referral letters from 2 previous professors (may be submitted upon enrollment)
5. Honorable Dismissal if graduated from other university (may be submitted upon enrollment)

❗❗❗ All credentials must be placed in brown long envelope. If qualified to take the exam, a notification will be sent through text message.

Note: Applicants must have no back log in undergraduate for Master's and Master's for PhD such as unfinished thesis for binding. 👍

Reminding the graduate students that the enrollment for new and old students has officially started on July 24 (Monday) until August 4 (Friday). As such, you are encouraged to enroll earlier than the last day to refrain from any possible problem in the last minute habit.
