The SHS Voucher Program online application for Grade 11 learners under Category E for SY 2026–2027 is NOW OPEN. To learn more about the new applicant categories, eligibility criteria, and application process, please read the announcement. Category E learners may apply at https://ovap.peac.org.ph/.

Please be informed that the Department of Education, through Department Order No. 11, s. 2026, instituted some changes on the eligibility of applicants starting SY 26-27. You may access the full text of DO 11 through this link: https://www.deped.gov.ph/wp.../uploads/DO_s2026_011r.pdf.
