On June 5, 2026, the students enrolled in MGT 109 officially concluded their journey in the Junior Leadership and Volunteerism Program (JLVP) through a meaningful Culmination Program. The event celebrated the talents, knowledge, and experiences that participants developed throughout the program.

As the 11th year of JLVP comes to an end, we celebrate the successful completion of a series of impactful activities and events that fostered leadership, volunteerism, teamwork, and community engagement.

This culmination marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. May we continue to carry the values and insights we have gained, put them into practice in our daily lives, and inspire positive change within our communities.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our professors, distinguished guests, partner schools, and fellow students whose unwavering support, dedication, and participation made this journey truly meaningful and memorable. Together, we have learned, grown, and made a difference.

Here's to continuing the mission beyond JLVP!

Va**ng may be marketed as harmless, trendy, or less dangerous than smoking, but the reality tells a different story. Behind the appealing flavors and sleek designs are harmful chemicals, ni****ne addiction, and serious health risks that can affect the lungs, heart, and overall well-being of young people.

We proudly present this Anti-Va**ng Awareness Campaign to educate, inform, and encourage responsible decision-making among the youth.

This advocacy aims to raise awareness about the dangers of va**ng, challenge common misconceptions, and empower students to make healthier choices for themselves and their communities. True leadership begins with making decisions that protect not only our future but also the people around us.

Remember: one choice can change a life. Choose health. Choose responsibility. Choose a vape-free future.

On May 14, 2026, the 11th Junior Leadership Volunteerism Program (JLVP) successfully conducted its seminar, "𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑, 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐄, 𝐒𝐔𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐄𝐃: 𝐀 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬" at MSU Marantao Community High School, Marantao, Lanao del Sur.

Spearheaded by the JLVP Adviser, Dr. Sonayah D. Guimba, the seminar was designed to meet senior high school students where they are and guide them toward where they want to go. Through discussions on self-discovery, career exploration, workplace readiness, and job preparation, the activity provided students with meaningful guidance for their future paths.

The resource speakers, Dr. Sonayah D. Guimba, Ms. Asma G. Benito, Dr. Hanafe L. Abdulmalik, and Prof. Lizamae E. Macabuat-Ampuan, shared valuable insights and experiences that helped strengthen the students’ understanding of their academic and professional journeys.

More than the knowledge shared, what made the day meaningful was the energy in the room. Students who came in uncertain left with a clearer sense of direction and a reminder that preparing for the future is something they can start doing right now.

The JLVP extends its sincere gratitude to the administration of MSU Marantao Community High School for their warm support, to the resource speakers for generously sharing their time and expertise, and to all organizers, volunteers, and participants who made this seminar possible.

To the students of MCHS ; your future is worth preparing for, and today, you took one step closer to it.
