- Bachelor in Elementary Education

*Requirements for new students:*
- Grade Card
- Birth Certificate
- Good Moral Certificate
- 1 Passport Size Picture
- 1 long brown envelope

*Requirements for transferees:*
- TOR
- Honorable Dismissal Certificate
- 1 Passport Size Picture
- 1 long brown envelope
