The Application is STILL OPEN. Submit your application form on or before MAY 03, 2022 at PMTC Main Building.

1. Participants must be at the venue at 7 AM.
2. One valid ID must be brought by each participant.
3. All FEMALE participants must wear a black abaya with a black veil, while MALE participants must wear a kimon.
4.Participants must follow to health and safety protocols such as wearing face masks and face shields as well as physical distancing.
