As of 8:00 PM today, 25 August 2026, Typhoon “SAUDEL” (formerly “OBET”) has exited PAGASA’s monitoring domain but may re-enter the Tropical Cyclone Information Domain (TCID).

Meanwhile, LPA 08h (formerly “ATSANI”) is being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsiblity (PAR) and is “UNLIKELY” to develop into a Tropical Depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

As of 8:00 AM today, 25 August 2026, Typhoon "SAUDEL" (formerly "OBET") is being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Also, Tropical Depression "ATSANI" (formerly LPA 08h) is also being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR.

Meanwhile, LPA 08f (formerly NENENG/GAENARI) has already dissipated.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.
