Both Graduated 17 years ago; First Time Exam Takers, Working Mothers, Students on Weekends
Indeed, some dreams take years… and some take COURAGE TO CHASE AGAIN.
For Mayeth and Eden Joy, 17 years had passed since they finished their midwifery course in SAN AGUSTIN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. Many would have believed the opportunity was gone. But these two remarkable women proved that dreams do not have deadlines — only delays waiting to be overcome.
Both are working mothers, carrying the daily weight of family, responsibilities, and long hours of work. Still, they chose to rise above excuses. Week after week, they traveled, studied, and reviewed at KAST REVIEW CENTER, sacrificing weekends so they could give their families a future they once only imagined.
Returning as first-time board exam takers after almost two decades was not easy. The fear of starting again, the pressure of time, and the demands of motherhood were real — but they refused to let any of these become barriers.
And with extraordinary perseverance, they passed the November 2025 Midwifery Licensure Examination with pride and triumph.
Their journey teaches us a powerful truth:
✅️ It is never too late to reach for the dream you once paused.
✅️ Motherhood is not a hindrance — it is a source of strength.
✅️Time is not an enemy — AGE is just a number, determination makes every season the right time.
Mayeth and Eden Joy, your success lights the way for every mother, every working adult, and every dreamer who thinks their moment has passed.
Your story says otherwise:
Start when you can. Fight with what you have. Your dream will wait — but you must not.
