You may report the payments you have made to your boarding house so we can verify if your landlady or landlord declared the correct rates in our office. You may also inform us if your boarding house is well-maintained, safe, and conducive for living and learning. If there are concerns that require immediate attention or clarification, we are here to listen and act. We want to ensure that every CMU student has a safe and protected home away from home.

The 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄 at the OSAS level for the 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗦.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 is now available. Carefully read and follow the steps, with captions provided in each photo.

Students are hereby reminded of the timeline of activities for the processing of test permits:

𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓: Last day of the Test Permit Clearing Process

Make sure to process your test permit within the designated period to avoid delays.

𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗜𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧
The processing of 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗦𝗔𝗦 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 for the First Semester, S.Y. 2025–2026, will begin on 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

Before proceeding to the OSAS Office, students must first be 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 by their respective colleges.

Students with accountabilities such as Boarding Houses or Dormitories, Chemistry Laboratory, Grievance and Discipline Office, Guidance and Counseling Center, Student Organization Officers, Blazer/USSCO, and Tuition Fees (for graduate students and second coursers) must secure the required clearances beforehand.
