Today, CADS celebrates its Vice President, ๐Š๐ข๐ฆโ€”a person who brings thoughtfulness and purpose into the way she leads.

Kim has always been someone who listens, understands, and takes her responsibilities seriously. She knows how to be there for the people around her, while staying committed to the work she has taken on. Her dedication to CADS can be seen not only in the roles she fulfills, but in the time and effort she willingly gives to the organization.

Her leadership is not about being the loudest voice in the room. It is in the way she pays attention, follows through, and makes people feel heard. It is a kind of leadership that comes naturally to her and reflects the person she is.
