The Center for Agricultural Crops Research and Engagement (CARE) of Central Mindanao University, through its Community Engagement and Extension Unit (CEEU) headed by Dr. King Jehu II Q. Radaza, recently completed and submitted its Community Needs Assessment Report to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The assessment was commissioned by the ICRC to inform its humanitarian and development initiatives in one of the communities it supports in Mindanao.
The assessment team was composed of CARE Center Director Dr. Joy M. Jamago, Dr. King Jehu II Q. Radaza, and Assistant Professor Dr. Jean L. Valleser of the Department of Agronomy and Plant Breeding, who served as a collaborating researcher.
