Elias: Aba, Ibarra… tila nasa dulo ng aking dila ang gunita. Sandali lamang… Ah! Naalaala ko na. Tungkol sa kabataan at sa mga bagay na kanilang ipinagkakait o kinalilimutan sa mga panahong ito.
Ibarra: Elias… Ako'y naniniwalang yaon din ang lagi kong ipinangangaral: na ang KABATAAN ang pag-asa ng ating bayan. Sila rin ang nararapat magkaroon ng tapang na tumutol sa masasamang mungkahi at sa mga ligaw na kaisipang palihim na nagsusumiksik sa kanilang mga kalooban.

Osmeña National High School successfully held its School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) Induction on August 14, 2026, bringing together school leaders, parents, teachers, and community partners in a meaningful celebration of unity and shared commitment to the education and welfare of our learners.

📌 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐.𝟏 – 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐞
If a textbook is lost due to a 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐧, 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝, 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐤𝐞, 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐟𝐭, 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲, 𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐞, the student must:
✅ Submit a 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 to the Teacher-Adviser 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧 (𝟏𝟓) 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 from the incident.
✅ Ensure that the letter is 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧. The Teacher-Adviser will then forward the letter to the 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 for evaluation and processing.

📌 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐.𝟐 – 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐭
If a student transfers to another school or drops out without returning the issued textbook and the student's whereabouts are unknown, the Teacher-Adviser shall process the necessary documentation by submitting a request for 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 to the School Property Custodian, with the notation of the School Head.

📌 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐.𝟑 – 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
If a textbook is lost because of the student's negligence:
✅ The 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 for paying the cost of the lost textbook.
✅ Payment shall be based on the prescribed price or the 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞, as applicable.
✅ An 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐩𝐭 shall be issued, and all payments shall follow existing 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 (𝐂𝐎𝐀) rules and regulations.
