Despite the challenges brought by the prevailing weather conditions, Pandi Residences Elementary School remained committed to providing accessible and continuous learning through the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) of Learning.

With the guidance of 𝗠𝗮'𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝗚. 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮, Principal IV, our teachers, parents, and learners joined hands to make sure that learning continues beyond the classroom.

💙 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗞𝗨𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗡 | STAYING CONNECTED, STAYING COMMITTED

With face-to-face classes temporarily suspended and Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) in place, the teaching staff of Pandi Residences Elementary School came together for a meaningful Online Kumustahan.

Led by our 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗩, 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝗚. 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮, the virtual gathering provided an opportunity to reconnect, align plans, and discuss important matters concerning our school community. It also served as a venue for 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

Though our classrooms may be quiet for a while, our commitment remains active. Together, we continue to communicate, collaborate, and keep the spirit of learning and service moving forward.

Due to the prevailing weather conditions, Pandi Residences Elementary School implemented the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) of Learning to ensure the safety of our learners while keeping education continuous.
Under the leadership of 𝗠𝗮'𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝗚. 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮, Principal IV, our teachers, learners, and parents worked together to keep learning accessible despite the weather challenges.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:
📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Abra
📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Norte
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro
Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.
Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.
Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.
The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Through the cooperation of learners, parents, and teachers, we remain committed to making learning accessible wherever our learners may be.

Mga ka-Pandieño, dahil po sa patuloy na pag-ulan dulot ng Southwest Monsoon o Habagat at upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng ating mga mag-aaral, wala pong pasok bukas, Martes, August 18, 2026, sa lahat ng antas ng pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa ating bayan.

Ang desisyong ito ay batay na rin po sa rekomendasyon ng ating LDRRMO bilang pag-iingat sa posibleng epekto ng masamang panahon.

Para naman po sa mga paaralan, maaaring ipatupad ang Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) upang maipagpatuloy ang pag-aaral ng ating mga estudyante habang nananatili silang ligtas sa kanilang mga tahanan.

Dahil sa patuloy na epekto ng enhanced habagat at para matiyak ang kaligtasan ng lahat, walang pong pasok sa lahat ng antas sa pampubliko at pribadong paaralan bukas, August 17, 2026 (Monday), batay na rin sa rekomendasyon ng ating LDRRMO.

Sa halip na face-to-face classes, magkakaroon po ng Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) para maipagpatuloy pa rin ang pag-aaral.

Mag-ingat po tayong lahat, ka-Pandieño. Patuloy nating subaybayan ang lagay ng panahon at alagaan ang ating sarili at pamilya.
