As the Department of Education (DepEd) launches the program entitled "πππ©ππ πππ,πππ ππ«πππ¬ - π ππ‘π«π’π¬ππ¦ππ¬ ππ’ππ ππ¨π« ππ‘π’π₯ππ«ππ§," the administration and staff of Gupot Elementary School embark on a heroic journey in a one-time tree planting activity. Our green guardians are as follows:
π± The School Principal, Mary Face R. Eguia
π± The Gupot ES Teaching Force
π± SELG Officers SY 2023-2024
π± Club Advisers
π± GPTA Officers headed by Hon. Ronald R. Quinazon and Joel R. Dolar
With the YES-O, these esteemed individuals and community stakeholders converge in a symphony of eco-heroism. As we indulge on this journey of positive change, remember that it's not just about gifting the EARTH a hale of fresh life; it's about creating a legacy of responsibility and care for the coming generations.
A minimum of 50 Lumbayao Trees, one endemic species in the locality, shall soon grow and rise in the community of Barangay Gupot, Manukan Zamboanga del Norte. This is our gift for the future of our dear learners and for Mother Earth's protection. Thanks to CENR Manukan ZN for the strong partnership by providing these seedlings for Gupot Elementary School!
Together, may we become a strong force that transforms challenges into triumphs, composing a lasting anthem of love and respect for our precious planet EARTH.
Quoted from an American author and activist Marlee Matlin, may we be reminded: "The Earth does not belong to us; we belong to the Earth."
GES is one with DepEd in ensuring a CLEAN and GREEN Environment for Filipino children and future generations.
