📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be informed that the deadline for clearance is on May 31, 2026.

Furthermore, there will be NO scheduled retake for the Comprehensive Examination.

Guidelines per Year Level:

1. First Year and Second Year Students
• If you have already passed the First Semester and have taken the Second Semester examination at least once, you are only required to submit the accomplished Pledge of Completion to the Kalampusan Program Office.

2. Third Year Students
• If you have already passed the First Semester, you are only required to submit the accomplished Pledge of Completion to the Kalampusan Program Office.

3. Fourth Year Students
• Fourth Year students are required to pass both the First and Second Semester examinations, as this will serve as your final Comprehensive Examination.

Please be guided accordingly and comply within the given deadline.

All nonpassers of the Comprehensive Examination for the First Semester AY 2025–2026 are advised to take note of the following schedule:

📍 Venue: 2nd Floor, SWDC

⏰ Examination Schedule:
• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM

📢 Please be informed that the Comprehensive Examination for the Second Semester AY 2025–2026 will still be conducted at the Science Laboratory. Kindly check the posted list of students for your assigned schedule and other important details.

Please arrive on time and be guided accordingly. Failure to attend on your assigned schedule may result in non-accommodation.

📢 Release of Clearance Slips Announcement

The Kalampusan Program Office (KPO) would like to inform all ITE students who have taken the Comprehensive Examination at least once during the Second Semester, AY 2025–2026, and have already passed the First Semester Comprehensive Examination, to submit the Pledge of Completion as a requirement for the release of clearance slips.

The KPO will start accepting the accomplished Pledge of Completion forms beginning May 26, 2026.

Important Reminders:

- The format for the First and Second Year Pledge of Completion is different from the Third Year template.

2. Fill out all required details and provide a fresh signature.
3. Submit the accomplished form to the KPO.
4. Claim your clearance slips.

📢 Attention Blue Stallions!

Attached are the names for the Comprehensive Examination Schedule for the Second Semester, AY 2025–2026.

Please be guided accordingly and check your assigned schedule carefully. Students who are included in the list are expected to report on time and follow the examination guidelines.

Kindly note that only the students listed will be accommodated during the scheduled examination period.

📌 Release of Clearance Slips will also be conducted at the Science Laboratory from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Kalampusan Program Office from 5:30PM to 7:00PM.

📌 For the retakers of both the First Semester and Second Semester Comprehensive Examination, please wait for the official announcement regarding your schedule and venue, as the KPO Team is still finalizing the arrangements.
