LAP-ANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Lap-angan, Palasaan, Mankayan, Benguet

In preparation for the opening of classes for School Year 2026–2027, Lap-angan Elementary School officially announces the conduct of the Enrollment and Brigada Eskwela on June 1–5, 2026 with the theme:

“Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman.”

Parents, guardians, learners, volunteers, stakeholders, and community members are encouraged to participate actively in the Brigada Eskwela activities to help prepare a clean, safe, and learner-friendly environment for all pupils.

📌 Enrollment Requirements:
Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
Report Card (for old pupils and transferees)
Certificate of Good Moral Character (for transferees)
Accomplished Enrollment Form
đź‘¶ For Kindergarten:

Children enrolling in Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before October 31, 2026.

🛠️ Brigada Eskwela Reminder:

Participants are kindly requested to bring any available cleaning and repair tools/materials such as:

Broom and dustpan
Grass cutter or bolo
Rake and shovel
Paint brush and paint roller
Hammer, nails, and other repair tools
Cleaning materials and garbage bags

Your voluntary support and cooperation will greatly contribute to the success of this year’s Brigada Eskwela.

Lap-Angan Elementary School sincerely and gratefully thanks the following individuals and groups whose unity and selfless service, in the true spirit of UGBO (Camaraderie), made the completion of the Covered Court possible:
• Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Palasaan, headed by Hon. Jerome Ngateg, for the leadership and support through the funding of the Social Developement and Management Program (SDMP) of Lepanto Mining Company
• Hon. Anthony Guaki and
Hon. Renante Galates for their support, presence, manpower asisstance and project monitoring.
• Parents Teachers Association (PTA) Officers, headed by Mrs. Glizah Bel Payat, for working on-site and in food preparations
• All parents and community volunteers who willingly shared their time, strength, and skills, and who helped in the work and food preparation
• Mr. Judah Gillies and company
• Palidan Pacad Igorote People’s Ancestral Domain Small-Scale Miners Association (PPIPADSMA), headed by Mr. Warlito Jacinto
• Mr. Tito Maigi and company for their commitment and voluntary hands-on labor

• Mr. Edgar Diastian for being the foremen of the works.

Lap-angan Elementary School marked a meaningful milestone on January 29, 2026 with the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the newly completed covered court and the conduct of its 3rd Quarter General Meeting, highlighting the strong spirit of unity and cooperation among stakeholders.

The school expresses its sincere gratitude to the Barangay Local Government Unit of Palasaan,
headed by Hon. Jerome Ngateg,
and represented by Hon. Reynante Galates,
Hon. Anthony Guaki,
Hon. Elpidio Teliaken,
and Hon. Bernard Alindan,
for their leadership and continued support.

Appreciation is also extended to the parents, led by Mrs. Glizah Bel Payat, for their active participation and commitment to school programs.

Special thanks are given to Lepanto Mining Company, represented by Ms. Rachel Deya-as, for their generous financial support;
to Pastor Enero Aban for leading the dedication of the covered gym;
and to Federated PTA President Mr. Joseph Balong-angey for his inspiring message encouraging the community to continue the good practices of binnadang.

Under the guidance of School Principal Vivian K. Guzman, the event reflected the power of partnership, proving that through cooperation and shared responsibility, projects for the learners’ welfare become possible.
