LES General Assembly, Induction and Turn-over Ceremony
What an incredible and productive afternoon. It was a day filled with important school updates, heartfelt gratitude to our outgoing school officers and a warm welcome to our newly elected officers for SY 2026-2027.
The affair was formally started with the nationalistic song led by Mrs. Leah F. Lipang, opening prayer by Mrs. Charmaine T. Soriano and a warm welcome remarks by Mrs. Emily F. Kedcheman, the Lepanto Elementary School Personnel Association (LESPA) outgoing President.
Mrs. Zhimar F. Garriga, the school nurse, discussed about school health updates, protocols and school feeding. The schools' DRRM Coordinator, Mrs. Florence G. Orlani, discussed DRRM matters and the importance of having skull guard by each learner. Mr. Ryan D. Espinosa gave an orientation on the three-term school calendar; Mrs. Sharon C. Lamagan (thru a representative) presented the Learners' Handbook; Mrs. Michelle M. Ngala covered the new grading system and SSES concerns; Mr. June Winver D. Joaquin presented the latest and previous results of Phil IRI, NAT, RAT, DAT and RMA assessments and Ms. Anfe M. Calapen (thru a representative) presented the school expenses funded by the MOOE.
Safety, anti-bullying and other IEC initiatives were presented by the representatives from LCMCo, PNP and BLGU.
Meanwhile, Accomplishment Reports for SY 2025-2026 were given by the outgoing SPTA President, Mrs. Alaine Mildred P. Villegas while Mrs. Rebecca B. Tamayo, the outgoing and incoming SPTA Treasurer, presented the financial report.
Nathalie P. Lagan, the school head, led the recognition of outgoing officers and the Principals' Hour, followed by the induction of Homeroom PTA, Brigade, LESPA and the SPTA Officers officiated by Barangay Chairman Hon. James P. Gomgom-o and Municipal Mayor Hon. Cesar D. Pasiwen.
Outgoing SPTA President Alaine Mildred P. Villegas and incoming President Sherwin C. Pascua oversaw the turn-over of responsibilities, with Mr. Pascua delivering his message.
Mrs. Dominga P. Lucas gave the Closing Remarks and led the Closing Prayer.
The entire program was led by the Master of Ceremonies, Mrs. Nancy L. Pasian.
