Please be informed that the HIV/AIDS Awareness, Education, and Screening scheduled on July 24, 2025 is postponed due to unfavorable weather conditions.

The safety and well-being of all participants, especially the male fourth-year students, remain our top priority. A new schedule will be announced once the weather stabilizes and conditions are deemed safe.

The Health Services Unit of the Community College of Manito, in partnership with the Rural Health Unit, will be conducting an HIV/AIDS Awareness Education and Screening activity on July 24, 2025.

🎯 Target Participants:
👉 Male Fourth Year Students

This activity aims to educate students about HIV/AIDS, promote awareness, and encourage proactive health behavior through voluntary screening.

All participants are highly encouraged to attend and cooperate fully.

We are pleased to announce that MMG-Albay, in partnership with the Rural Health Unit (RHU)of Manito, will be conducting Mobile Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory Services at the Community College of Manito on June 17, 2025.

This activity is part of the required medical examination for all incoming first-year students for the Academic Year 2025-2026.

Complete Blood Count (CBC)

MEDICAL PROFILING SCHEDULE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-2026:

The Rural Health Unit of Manito will assist the students in completing their Medical Certificate, which is a requirement for enrollment.

VENUE: Multipurpose Hall, Community College of Manito Campus
SCHEDULE: June 17, 2025
TIME: 8:00 AM onwards

📌IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Attendance is mandatory for all the incoming and continuing students.

2. Bring the following requirements:
For New Students, Transferees, and Returnees:
1. Medical Certificate Form
2. Laboratory tests Results (CXR-PA, CBC)
3. 1 piece 2x2 ID picture
4. 1 piece long size ordinary white folder
5. Student Health Record Form

For Old Students (Second Year to Fourth Year)
1. Medical Certificate Form
2. 1 piece 2x2 ID picture

All students are required to submit the following requirements:

FOR NEW STUDENTS, TRANSFEREES, AND RETURNEES
1. Updated Medical Certificate
2. Laboratory Test (CXR-PA, CBC)
3. 1 piece 2x2 ID picture
4. 1 piece long size ordinary white folder
5. Student Health Record form

FOR OLD STUDENTS (Second Year to Fourth Year)
1. Updated Medical Certificate
2. 1 piece 2x2 ID picture
3. Student Health Record Form
