BREAKING: De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde garnered 54 winning entries in the 12th Philippine Student Quill Awards by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), with the results announced today, Aug. 13. Of the total, 53 entries came from Benilde Manila and one from Benilde Antipolo.

Benilde is once again in the running for its fourth coveted School of the Year title, which will be announced and conferred during the Philippine Quill Awards Night on Aug. 27 at Solaire Resort, Parañaque.

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has formally authorized the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) to offer 13 for-credit micro-credentials.

These micro-credentials are compressed, competency-based, and verifiable learning units which recognize specific knowledge and professional skills. Unlike non-credit certificates, these carry academic credit and may be stacked toward selected undergraduate degree programs. These provide learners with more flexible pathways to higher education.

The recognized micro-credentials span the fields of real estate, hospitality, tourism, culinary arts, architecture, and design.
