WATCH: Relive our second Lasallian SAGE Yoga Series session held last July 25, 2026 at the 3/F USG Space, Br. Connon Hall, De La Salle University.

Led by Lasallian Ambassador and Certified Yoga Instructor Noreen Nikolic of AV108 Yoga School, this session brought together DLSU faculty members as well as undergraduate and graduate students for another hour of gentle movement and mindful breathing.

The Recover & Reset: Weekly Brain Yoga Series is a Lasallian SAGE initiative dedicated to promoting holistic well-being, combining gentle postures, breathing techniques, and mindful awareness, all supported by a stable chair.
